Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a solid administrator to join our client based in Douglas. The ideal candidate will predominantly be supporting the sales function in a very busy but fun professional office.

We are seeking a hard working and computer literate candidate with the following skills:

Highly organised;
Confident communicator (email, phone);
Efficient and accurate administration;
Ability to work independently;
Experience of sales function and stock management would be an advantage;
Knowledge of using MS Office as well as Sage or Quickbooks would also be an advantage, as would experience in database, CRM or similar packages.

Handling of sales requests;
Management of client communication in response to sales requests;
Stock movement administration including internal comms for purchase requirements;
Invoice generation and onward communication to clients.
