DECLARATION TO BE SIGNED BY ALL OUR FULL TIME, PART TIME AND TEMPORARY STAFF BEFORE COMMENCING WORK WITH MIRACLES LIMITED OR A THIRD PARTY COMPANY DECLARATION OF SECRECY

hereby solemnly agree and declare that:-
- I shall not either during or at any time after the course of any work of any kind whatsoever that I do or carry out (a) for Miracles Limited or any subsidiary thereof or (b) as agent or employee of or officer of Miracles Limited or (c) for any other person, persons, partnership, body corporate or unincorporate or Governmental, or other authority or organisation to whom I have been introduced by Miracles Limited or any subsidiary or agent or officer or employee thereof to conduct work of a permanent or temporary nature of any kind whatsoever ("the Employer") DIVULGE or otherwise in any manner howsoever or whatsoever DISCLOSE any information of any description or form indirectly or otherwise howsoever to any person or persons, partnership, body corporate or unincorporate or Governmental or other authority or organisation under any circumstances (save as compelled by order of any Court of competent jurisdiction) and I understand and accept that if I am and should be in breach of this declaration I may be liable to pay damages to Miracles Limited or to the Employer or to any person or party who has suffered loss or inconvenience as a result of such a breach.
- I shall not either during or at any time after the course of any work of any kind whatsoever that I do or carry out (a) for Miracles Limited or any subsidiary thereof or (b) as agent or employee of or officer of Miracles Limited or (c) the Employer (as previously defined) interfere, tamper with, damage, destroy or alter in any way whatsoever any computer system (whether for the purposes of accounting, sales, purchases or record keeping of any nature whatsoever) or any manual accounting system (whether for the purposes of accounting, sales, purchases or record keeping of any nature whatsoever) or any other system whatsoever operated by the Employer or any of them whomsoever and neither shall I bring onto or into the premises of the Employer or any of them any computer software or computer hardware or affix any such computer software or computer hardware to any computer system operated by the Employer or any of them whomsoever.
- I have no criminal convictions recorded against me in the Isle of Man or elsewhere and I am not (to the best of my knowledge) subject to any police or other investigation or subject to any summons, warrant, information or indictment of any nature whatsoever.
