You are looking for a new permanent job, maybe you've been unhappy for a while or maybe you have just experienced 'the final straw' - alternatively, perhaps you feel your salary is not a reflection of your dedication and skills, or maybe you are just new to the island and need an income as soon as possible. Whatever your situation you will want to know the most efficient way of finding a new job and of finding a job that is right for you, no-one wants to jump out of the frying pan into the fire.

On registration you will be interviewed by a qualified and experienced Recruitment Consultant - all of your requirements will be considered as will all your reasons for wishing to leave where you currently work. It may be that you will be advised to return to your employers and discuss your feelings with them - you will be given the advice that is appropriate to you personally. You will be given details of all the current vacancies that your Consultant considers suitable for you, taking into account your hopes and aspirations and salary expectation. After discussion you and your Consultant will decide which companies/vacancies are suitable for you - please note that we will have been retained by the companies concerned to recruit on their behalf, we do not send details out speculatively. You will have signed a registration form declaring that you will act professionally during your registration and that you have no criminal convictions and, to the best of your knowledge, none outstanding. You will also have given the names and addresses of people willing to provide references on your behalf - we must compliance check back a minimum of five years so this may involve more than two people, please ensure you have their permission to give their names and addresses. We will also require site of the original of your relevant certificates such as GCSE or 'A' level if you are a young candidate, Degree or professional qualifications if you are more mature. These documents will be scanned and added to your database.
If your references and qualifications are considered suitable and if your Consultant accepts your application, you will then be registered. Your references will be obtained immediately, your CV displayed in a professional manner that will present you well and it will be distributed to those of our Clients discussed at interview. When further vacancies are given to Miracles you will be contacted immediately if they are suitable for you - your details are never submitted without your permission.
Once we have interviews for you we will liaise to discuss times and dates suitable for you to attend. Once agreed we will put the information in writing together with your Interview Pack which includes company information, interview hints and space for your own notes.
Candidates are expected to liaise with their designated Recruitment Consultant to give feedback after every interview. On receipt of a job offer we will negotiate salary, benefits and training opportunities on your behalf. We recommend that all candidates who are considering accepting a job offer attend at least two interviews with our Clients and meet the team with whom they will be working.
Once you inform us you wish to accept a job offer, we will, with your permission, give your home address to our Clients so that they can send a formal offer letter and contract to you. Do not resign from a position until you have a formal, written job offer and you have accepted this job offer.
