Miracles have provided Temporary Personnel to the islands businesses for over twenty years. In 1986 only 40 Temps were used during the year, ten years later the figure rose to over 150 per week! Miracles Temps are renowned for their excellence and have raised the standards of temping on the Isle of Man. Due to Miracles excellent Temps, we were awarded the first Preferred Agency supplier contract on the island and our Temps are now used in offices of every type of business imaginable.
Miracles Temps range from Juniors with a good educational background to Secretaries, Accounts Administrators, CSP Administrators, Investment Analysts, Accountants, Marketing Assistants - just about any role can be covered by a Miracles Temp - they even complete projects for UK businesses who require teams to, for example, administer questionnaires or undertake PR exercises. Whenever Miracles Temps are engaged our Clients know that they will have the services of the best.
Whilst you will be expected to live up to our standards you will be carrying our reputation with you. If we recruit you as a Temp be very proud. On all of your assignments you will be taking our name with you and companies expectations will be high, but they will also expect that you can fulfil them, this is helpful as there are no barriers to break down. In fact you will be welcomed by all as, if the Manager in question was not a Miracles Temp at some time, you can almost guarantee that the Assistant Manager or Team Leader was - our ex-Temps are everywhere, usually in high places. To have the fact that you temped for Miracles on your CV can only add to the CV - it is very well known that we recruit only the best.
Your references (going back at least five years) will have to be outstanding. You will be expected to have a good educational background and the appropriate skills/qualifications for the role in question but as, or more, important, you must have the special qualities required of a Miracles Temp - you must be a team player and have an excellent, and proven, work ethic. Our Temps are willing, hard working have great interpersonal skills and are genuine and decent people - whatever their age and experience these are the common denominators.
There is no doubt that Temping for Miracles opens doors. If you really would like a permanent job, then you will probably find one as a result of Temping for Miracles, we 'loose' approximately 50% of our Temps that way. And, of course, if you prefer to stay Temping as a career, some of our Temps have been with us for 15 years, they seem to like us.
